Before founding M&P Estates, Paul Tobias-Gibbins worked in private banking, where trust, relationships and acting in the client’s best interests were fundamental.

Through helping clients build property portfolios, he also saw how often the significance of a property decision was not matched by the standard of service people received. Communication could be poor, advice inconsistent and clients were too often left to navigate the process alone.

Paul believed there was a better way.

In 1999, he founded M&P Estates as a family-run agency built around honest advice, professional standards and genuine care. More than 27 years later, the business has grown alongside the community it serves without losing sight of those founding principles.

Today, M&P Estates combines long-standing local knowledge with modern technology, professional marketing and structured systems, while retaining the personal responsibility and accessibility people expect from a family business.
