No. 86 Estate Agency was founded in 2017 by Katie Cromwell with a clear ambition to create something different from the traditional estate agency experience.

The idea was simple but important: buying and selling a home should be something people can feel good about. It should be personal, creative and memorable, rather than a transaction where people simply move from one set of paperwork to another.

From the beginning, Katie wanted No. 86 to bring more personality into property. That meant creating marketing that made homes stand out, building genuine relationships with clients and giving people an experience that felt supportive as well as professional.

What began with Katie has grown into a five-person team, with the agency now recognised as a Triple Gold winner in the Best Estate Agent Guide across three consecutive years and ranked among the Top 500 estate agencies in the UK.
