Town & City Homes began in 2013, initially offering residential sales and let-only services before gradually introducing property management as the business became established.

Rather than growing the managed portfolio as quickly as possible, the team deliberately kept it at a manageable level so landlords received the attention and consistency they expected. The same thinking has shaped the sales business, where the team has continued to refine its marketing and client journey around delivering a stronger moving experience.

The Owners & The Agency

Town & City Homes supports sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants across Gravesham and North Kent.

Its small team is one of its greatest strengths. The people who value a property, arrange the marketing, conduct the viewings and progress the transaction remain visible and accountable throughout the process.

Luke Wharrad forms part of the family team supporting clients across the agency, helping Town & City Homes retain the approachable and personal character on which Deep and Nigel built the business.
